This book was given to me as a Gift..A Super Quick Read that is well worth it.  Personally, in the beginning of my career as a Team Leader I was faced with a fear of picking up the phone. Rejection by that BIG two letter word N..O.. was something I felt I could not afford to hear.  I delayed high level calls thinking.. let me get better at handling objections.. thinking I only had one shot to get a YES from the person on the other end of the line.. (which was so not true).

Setting goals around the number of NO’s you want to aim for in a day completely changes the game.  So forget the number of Yes’s  and GO For NO!  They also have a cool Facebook Group ..the Go For No Challenge is officially completed however its a good group for inspiration and motivation.
